📧 BRAND PARTNERSHIP GIVEAWAY PROPOSAL

Subject: Collaboration Giveaway Proposal — [YOUR BRAND] x [THEIR BRAND]

Hi [CONTACT NAME],

I'm [YOUR NAME], founder of [YOUR BRAND] (@[YOUR HANDLE], [FOLLOWER COUNT] followers). I'm reaching out because I believe a collaboration giveaway between [YOUR BRAND] and [THEIR BRAND] would be mutually beneficial.

━━━ THE PROPOSAL ━━━

📋 Concept: Joint Instagram giveaway where both brands contribute a prize, and participants must follow both accounts.

🎁 Prize Pool:
• From [YOUR BRAND]: [YOUR PRIZE] (value: [YOUR VALUE])
• From [THEIR BRAND]: [THEIR PRIZE] (value: [THEIR VALUE])
• Combined value: [TOTAL VALUE]

📊 Expected Results (based on past campaigns):
• Estimated entries: [NUMBER]
• New followers per brand: [NUMBER]
• Estimated reach: [NUMBER] impressions
• Engagement rate: [PERCENTAGE]

━━━ WHY THIS WORKS ━━━

• Our audiences overlap in the [NICHE] space but aren't identical — maximizing new follower acquisition
• Combined prize value of [TOTAL] creates more buzz than either prize alone
• Shared promotion puts the giveaway in front of both audiences
• Using [APP NAME] for verified random draw ensures transparency and prevents controversy

━━━ LOGISTICS ━━━

• Timeline: [PROPOSED DATES]
• Both brands post the giveaway (I'll provide caption templates)
• Both brands promote in Stories for the duration
• Draw conducted using [APP NAME] with SHA-256 cryptographic verification
• Results posted by both accounts with verification link
