Frequently Asked Questions about Facebook Giveaways
How do I pick winners from Facebook comments?
Copy the comments from the Facebook post and paste the list into manual mode (free) — or, for Instagram, paste the post link and the comments are fetched automatically (one-time payment per draw). Configure filters and click draw.
Is the draw really fair?
The winner is picked at random. Each draw uses a random 256-bit seed; the result shows the seed and SHA-256 hashes (also on the PDF certificate). Automatic draws get a public result page, and the hash can be checked at /verificar to confirm the published result was not edited afterwards.
Do I need to pay?
Manual mode is free: paste the comment list and draw in your browser, no signup. Fetching the comments automatically from an Instagram link is a one-time payment per draw — from US$ 7.99 (Standard) or US$ 14.99 (Premium with cinematic reveal); larger posts cost more and the exact price is shown in your currency before paying. No subscription, no recurring charge.
