What agencies ask
Can we resell PickAWin under our brand?
Yes. White-label tier includes your logo on certificates and a custom subdomain (giveaways.youragency.com). End clients never see PickAWin branding.
What happens if Instagram blocks scraping mid-draw?
The comment fetch tries several data sources before giving up, and very large posts can take up to 5 minutes. If a paid fetch still fails, a recovery code is created and the fetch is retried.
Is the SHA-256 verification legally meaningful?
Each draw uses a random 256-bit seed; the result shows the seed and SHA-256 hashes (also on the PDF certificate). Automatic draws get a public result page, and the hash can be checked at /verificar to confirm the published result was not edited afterwards. It does not let outsiders re-run the draw, and it does not replace any legal authorization a promotion may require.
Can we white-label the live cinematic reveal too?
Yes — Premium tier reveals can be themed with client brand colors and logo. Available on Growth and Enterprise plans.
